Who runs this
I’m Tom Leach, a gunsmith in Ohio. Between bench work and the day-to-day of keeping firearms running, I got tired of thin “deal” sites that look like they were generated overnight — no author, no craft knowledge, and a wall of mystery sale badges.
Best Gun Prices is my answer: a small western-flavored guide that points you at real retailer departments for handguns, rifles, shotguns, ammo, optics, and parts, plus short writeups on how to shop those categories without getting played by fake urgency.
What this site is
- An independent deal-hopping and education page.
- Clear about affiliate commissions when a link earns one.
- Not a storefront, not an FFL sales counter, and not a live price scraper.
What this site is not
- We do not sell firearms or ammunition on this domain.
- We do not invent tracking IDs or “guaranteed lowest price” claims.
- We do not replace your local laws, your FFL, or common-sense safety rules.
If you want the human behind the links, that is me — Ohio gunsmith, western aesthetic, straight talk. Questions go to the contact page.
